Rev. Rose-Hannah Gaskin

Rose-Hannah was born in New Brunswick and traveled throughout Canada and abroad as her father served in the Canadian Armed Forces. Her first profession was nursing and she attended UNB to get a Bachelor of Nursing degree and then U of Toronto where she received a Master of Science in Nursing degree. The largest part of her nursing degree was spent in the field of addiction treatment and research.

In the 1990s Rose-Hannah discerned a call to ministry and was ordained in 1998. She has served in a broad variety of ministry settings, including a 5 point rural charge in Cape Breton, dying urban congregations, an ethnic congregation, a large urban "cathedral style" church in Vancouver and a large inner city mission. She has also completed several intentional interim ministries and taught in the national training program Basic Skills in Transitional Ministry.

Rose-Hannah has a special interest in helping people continue their spiritual growth and development. She studied at General Seminary in New York and obtained a Masters degree in Sacred Theology with a focus on spiritual direction.

Coming home to New Brunswick and being called to Wilmot is a great source of joy and satisfaction for Rose-Hannah and she enjoys meeting people!
