The Church Council is the official governing body of the congregation. It deals with matters affecting the whole congregation and provides support and guidance to committees and groups as needed. It also facilitates communication among various parts of the congregation. The Council consists of representatives elected by each committee and a chair, secretary, and treasurer, and four Regional Representatives selected through the nomination process. The Council meets four times a year and the Council Executive acts on behalf of the Council between meetings.
